Walk (or run) to support 4 local children's charities. The event will also feature kids' activities like a fun kids zone, crafts, and more.

June 22, 2014 | Erek's Run 5K Run/Walk Race
This local run/walk was started by a fellow KC Metro Mom. The event will benefit A Meningitis Foundation to help spread awareness and promote prevention as well as book scholarships that will be awarded to incoming freshmen students at KCCC.

July 26, 2014 | Georgia's Chicken Run @ Deanna Rose Farmstead
The whole family will love competing and receiving participation medals.

September 20, 2014 | Grant's Cause Family Day 5K
This special family friendly 5K run/walk will help raise awareness about Spina Bifida. Kids 12 and under get a kids fun pass for only $5. All registered participants receive a t-shirt and refreshments after the race. Proceeds go to pay for Grant's medical bills.

October 4, 2014 | 11th Annual Kansas City Zoo Run
Run for the King Penguins! Run thru the zoo to support an endangered species. Enjoy a hot breakfast at the finish line and collectable medals.

October 25, 2014 | Head's Up 10K/5K Trail Run & Walk/Racing for Kylee's Cause
HeadsUp for PCS (Post-Concussion Syndrome) Foundation’s mission is to increase awareness of the effects of concussions and raise funds for education and research.
